Presented here without comment aside from what I filed with the Court.
The deadline for service set by Judge Baylson was due to expire yesterday. At about 6PM, Malibu Media filed a Second Motion for Extension of Time to Effect Service.
Today, I filed my opposition to their motion.
Obviously, no ruling has been issued on the motion.
UPDATE: I learned some additional information, which necessitated filing an Addendum.
UPDATE 2: Malibu filed its reply last night, and the Court entered this Order just now.
